Texas Children’s Hospital Uses Evidence-Based Practices to Improve Wellness, Diagnosis and Care Outcomes

Consistently ranked as best in the state, Texas Children's Hospital was recognized as a 2022 Davies Awards Winner. The Houston health center for women and children featured evidence-based practices in using digital infrastructure to drastically improve wellness and care outcomes for its patients.

Texas Children’s Hospital also incorporated information technology-enabled solutions to create a first-of-its-kind framework for pediatric palliative care that improved equitable and empathetic end-of-life care for children and their families.

Texas Children’s is also recognized for enhancing diagnosis and care outcomes for early signs of high blood pressure and refining equitable distribution of COVID-19 vaccines for pediatric patients in Houston.
