Helping people live the healthiest lives possible, Intermountain is committed to improving community health and is widely recognized as one of the premier healthcare systems and as a leader in transforming healthcare by using evidence-based best practices to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes at sustainable costs. Intermountain Health is uniquely positioned in the nation to provide technological advancements and innovative solutions that help meet the demand for high quality care with a long history of excellence in healthcare technology and innovation.

In 2022, Intermountain Health became the world’s first triple Stage 7 organization under new requirements for the Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model (EMRAM).

Intermountain Health submitted a series of case studies demonstrating the thoughtful application for leveraging information and technology to improve Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD); Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), and Multimodal Pain Management Modalities.

Intermountain’s efforts to provide predictive scoring, evidence-based protocols and implementation of data-driven and AI-enhanced analysis focused on the identification and risk stratification to reduce readmission rates. These measures improved the timeliness and quality of patient access. Additionally, these programs empowered patients through education resulting in higher-quality care.
