Navigating 'Identities on Offer': Representation and Honoring Self at Work

Our identities are complex and include rich cultural and ethnic histories. As health information professionals, we are called to engage in diverse settings in technical and executive spaces. Hosted by the HIMSS Latinx Community, this session engages a didactic approach to learn and exchange ideas about individual and collective identities and how we navigate 'identities on offer,' the workplace experience of addressing how others perceive us and the assumptions they make about us.
